Evening classes on Monday, Jan 1 (free), Tuesday, Jan 2, Wednesday Jan 3, and Thursday Jan 4 are $12 per class. You can register for them individually by clicking the button above or clicking on each photo below.

Begin the New Year with mindfulness and connection with mind, body, and breath. Find light and calm. (25 minutes long // free)
Tuesday: guided, restorative meditation. Wednesday we'll do mettā: a loving-kindness meditation to open up the heart to spread love to those around you and most importantly, to yourself. Thursday will be mindfulness and connection with mind, body, and breath. (25 minutes long // $12)
Like my weekly newsletter, I'll lead an intuitive tarot reading for all, with some reflection + journaling. Bring something to write with. (45 min // $12)
A nice, gentle yoga class to get the blood moving as we work to deepen the breath. It is January's half-moon, so we'll celebrate the balance of light and dark. (45 minutes long // $12)
A super gentle style of yoga designed to release muscle and soul tension, coupled with journaling on the New Year. (45 min // $12)
Be guided through creating a vision board for your year to come. Bring a blank piece of paper and something to write with. Here are some examples plus additional optional supplies! Facilitated by me and Leonor Daley! (45 min // $12)
