Yoga with me, whether in person or over Zoom, is incredibly personalized. We talk about exactly what you're looking to work on, and I tailor the entire session just to you and your body/mind. You'll get targeted time using movement, breathing, meditation, and loving energy.
The only thing I ask you to bring is curiosity and a flexible mindset. No one expects you to put yourself into a pretzel or stand on your head on day 1 (or 100) with me. This is all about learning your body/mind and how to take compassionate care of yourself.
